Organizational Development 

1. Effectively and efficiently enhances the capacities of the officers of the MPPM and the consolidation of cluster formations;
2. Develops the capacity if the General Secretariat to efficiently coordinate peace-building activities of the tri-peoples’ secretariat within MPPM programs;
3. Provides a wider venue for the grassroots tri-people to discuss, share and learn together the various peace issues that affect the tri-people and to plan for a coordinated action to address such issues and concerns.

Research and Education

1. Provides an in-depth understanding and analysis of significant issues confronting Mindanao communities which will be used for the organization’s advocacy and campaigns.

Information, Education and Campaign

1. Intensifies the information-drive on the inclusive right to self-determination of peoples and other significant issues confronting the tri-people communities in Mindanao.

Human Rights and Peace Dialogues

1. Increases the awareness and participation of grassroots tri-peoples on human rights and peace issues.
